Chelsea Tucker is chief administration officer of Systems Source Inc., a Dallas executive recruitment and staffing services firm specializing in insurance and technology professionals. The company, founded in 1994, has helped companies across the nation hire chief-level executives, directors, project managers, business architects and analysts, as well as technical experts adept in mainframe, enterprise and Web application development.

As CAO, Tucker oversees SSI’s administrative functions and human resources, accounts payable and receivables, as well as SSI’s customer relations services. She also works closely with SSI’s executive team.

She joined SSI in October 1997, originally as a temporary hire to answer phones and manage growing administrative and clerical work. Prior to joining SSI, Tucker worked a variety of administrative positions, part time and full time, and attended Collin County Community College District. She is a native of Plano, Texas, and graduated from Plano East Senior High in 1993.

Today, Chelsea is married, Mom to two boys and oversees a growing zoo of creatures, including two dogs, two ducks and a cat. When she’s not corralling creatures and kids, she enjoys techno-gadgets and sewing historical Renaissance dresses.  She and her family live in McKinney, Texas.
